Red Dog Poker is a very popular poker game variant and is considered by many to be one of the easiest variants to play. The aim of the game is to achieve a hand that either matches, or is higher than, the dealers hand. Players are dealt two cards face up and one card face down. The face down card is placed next to the facedown card and then turned over. If the two cards are of the same rank then it is a push and no money exchanges hands. If there is a difference in rank between the two cards, then a bet is placed on whether the third (and final) card will be higher or lower than the first two. The payout odds vary depending on how close to 21 the player's three-card hand ends up being.

Red Dog Casino gaming has now hit the internet, giving players all over access to this popular game variant – play for fun or for real money prizes! With excellent graphics and sound effects, Red Dog Casino gaming provides an authentic Vegas casino experience from the comfort of your own home.

How to Play Red Dog:

1) Firstly, each player must place a bet (the minimum stake for Red Dog is $1). The dealer then deals two cards face up to each player, as well as one card face down. This face down card forms part of each player's three-card hand.

2) Next, the dealer turns over their face down card to reveal their three-card hand (this will be used as the comparison point against each player's three-card hand).

3) If both of your cards are consecutive (e.g. 2-3), or if your two cards are of equal rank (e.g. Aces), then you have an immediate winner and your payout will be based on the game paytable shown below:

4) If your first two cards do not form any of these combinations, then you can either choose to stand (thus ending your turn) or you can ask for another card by placing an 'In Bet' worth twice your original bet amount ($2 in our example). This additional card will be dealt face up and added to your three-card hand. 5) Once all players have either stood or requested another card (by placing an 'In Bet'), it becomes time compare each player's three-card hands against that of the dealer's three-card hand. As mentioned previously, if you have a combination found in step 3 above, then you are immediately declared a winner (your payout will be based on the game paytable shown below): In our example below, Player 1 has an Ace high straight flush - which beats Dealer's 3 high straight: 6) If both hands are equal – i.e. both contain identical rank combinations – then it results in a 'push' and no money exchanges hands between players/dealer . 7) Finally, if one or more players have a better hand than that of the dealer, they are declared winners and their payouts are based on the game paytable below: In our example below, Player 2 has THREE OF A KIND which beats Dealer's pair:
